Steve Maguire [CMgr MCMI] has extensive experience in operations and technical management within the telecommunications sector. Since June 2005, Steve has served as Operations Manager at Vodafone, overseeing a team of Network Engineers to ensure the delivery of services for large enterprise customers. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Manager of Enterprise EMEA CS1k Support at Nortel Networks from April 2003 to June 2005, providing 24/7 technical support for a network of PBXs across major global corporations. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Provisioning Control Office at Cable & Wireless from September 1999 to April 2003, where responsibilities included voice telephony technical administration. Steve holds an MA in Management from London Metropolitan University and a BA in Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
