Holly Holbrook Finley

Holly Holbrook Finley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Voices Together, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Holly held various positions at Brady Services from November 2017 to January 2024, including Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Holly's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Advanced Home Care, a Recruiter for the Healthcare Division at Graham Personnel Services, and roles in administrative and internship capacities at several organizations, including Queen Associates and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013.
