Corina Bach

Corina Bach has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as VP Employer Branding and People Development at Voith Group since September 2010. Previous roles at Voith Group include Global HR Product Manager for People Development, HR Manager of Compensation and Benefits, and Teamlead HR Business Partner, among others, with a short parental leave from October 2019 to June 2021. Corina also has significant experience in startup environments, having worked as the Director of HR for EMEA and India, focusing on a standalone HR function within Voith Composites GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to joining Voith, Corina was an HR-Generalist at Computershare Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG. Academic qualifications include a Change Manager certification from the University of Augsburg and a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) in Business Administration and HR Management from Pforzheim University.
