Linda Schuster

Linda Schuster is an experienced operations executive currently serving as VP of Operations at voize since January 2025, and previously held the same title at Rasa from March 2017 to December 2024. At Rasa, an industry leader in generative conversational AI, Linda focused on optimizing customer service processes through the development of AI assistants. Linda's extensive career includes key roles such as Director of Operations at SPH Music GmbH & Co. KG and Co-Founder and Managing Director at famany UG. Additionally, Linda has a background in project management with Accenture and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including as a Board Member at START Berlin e.V. and Chairperson at woodstaudt session e.V. Academically, Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and German Literature from the University of Mannheim, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Technische Universität Berlin, and has participated in exchange programs focused on Technology Entrepreneurship and Linguistics at Carleton University and Charles University, respectively.
