Helen Martindill MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Compensation Benefits Manager at Volac International Ltd since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the total reward strategy, international mobility, and HR management. Prior to Volac, Helen worked at Goldman Sachs for over a decade, advancing through roles from Settlements Analyst to Executive Director, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management within the Asset Servicing department. Educational qualifications include a MA (Hons) in European Studies from the University of Aberdeen and a PG Dip in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University, alongside international study at Universite de Haute Alsace.
