Simon Power (MCIPD) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Animal Nutrition at Volac International Ltd since January 2014. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner roles at St Andrew's Healthcare and Invensys, where responsibilities involved Divisional People Strategy and organizational capability reviews, respectively. Simon's career also includes advisory positions at RSPB, Invensys, and operational roles at Unilever and Staples, focusing on HR policies, negotiations, and employee benefits. Educationally, Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science and Leisure Management from Brunel University London, complemented by further studies at the University of Bedfordshire.
