Sanggeevan Karunakaran has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sanggeevan began their career at IBM Canada Ltd. in 2009, where they worked as a Desktop Services Activation until 2011. Sanggeevan then joined Navantis as a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst, where they gained experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and creating value-adding solutions. After that, Sanggeevan worked at IBM Canada as an IT Support Technician, providing technical support and maintaining the knowledge database. Sanggeevan later joined SilverWare POS Inc. in 2014, where they held positions as an IT Helpdesk Analyst and a Quality Assurance Analyst. During their time there, they provided IT support, performed quality assurance tasks, and produced support documents. Currently, Sanggeevan is working at Volanté Systems as a Manager of Implementation Success.
Sanggeevan Karunakaran studied at Ryerson University from 2005 to 2009. Sanggeevan pursued a degree in Commerce with a specialization in Information Technology Management. During their time at Ryerson, Sanggeevan's field of study focused on Database and Knowledge Management.
