Prior to this role, Evan was involved in M&A activities at Dragonfly (merged with Infinite Commerce) from February 2021 to May 2023. Evan's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at JEGI CLARITY, progressing through roles from Analyst to Senior Associate between August 2016 and February 2021. Previously, Evan worked as a TMT Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from June 2015 to July 2016 and completed a summer internship in Investment Banking focused on Media & Communications in 2014. Evan's career began with a finance internship at AT&T in 2013, contributing to revenue consolidation and operational improvements. Educationally, Evan holds a degree in Finance & History from Wake Forest University, completed in 2015, and attended Langley High School.
