Christopher G. Burger

Christopher G. Burger is the Founder and Managing Director of Transform, a consultancy dedicated to guiding organizations through business transformation and change. In addition to this role, Christopher serves as a Board Member and Independent Director at Volato, where responsibilities include chairing the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and is a Senior Advisor. Christopher also holds a position on the Advisory Board of the Atlanta Community Food Bank, supporting its mission to combat hunger in the community, and serves on the Oxford College Alumni Board, promoting educational excellence. Previous experience includes executive roles at notable organizations such as IHG Hotels & Resorts, Etihad Aviation Group, and Taleris, with additional involvement in various advisory boards and councils. Christopher’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with Marketing Distinction from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and studies at Oxford College of Emory University.
