Yuliya Kozakovskaya

Yuliya Kozakovskaya serves as the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing Research at COMFY consumer electronics retail since July 2023 and has held the position of Head of Customer Experience and Service Design at Volia since July 2022. With a tenure at Kyivstar GSM from 2008 to May 2017, Yuliya held various roles including Head of the Sales Process Development and Customer Service Department, Head of the Customer Experience Management Unit, Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager of FTTB, Loyalty Manager, and Specialist of Marketing. Yuliya earned an MBA from KNEU between 2006 and 2008 and a master's degree in Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'​ from 2000 to 2006.
