Candace Hay

Candace Hay, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager for the US Division at Volition, leading HR operations across multiple states while supporting global HR functions. With extensive experience in human resources, Candace has previously held roles as Head of People Operations at HNM Systems and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Environmental Lights, where significant organizational growth and development initiatives were implemented. As a certified yoga instructor at Yoga Tropics since 2011, Candace promotes the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Previous positions include leisure and group sales coordination at The Grand Del Mar, business development management at La Jolla Neurosurgical Associates, and a spa management training at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Candace holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality & Tourism Management from James Madison University.
