Currently serving as the Associate Director of Quality at Volition, Sheila has held key positions such as Director of Product Operations at Quantum-Si and Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Detect. With a PhD in Molecular Biology from UC San Diego, Sheila has also demonstrated their expertise in project management, program management, and design transfer processes at companies like ChromaCode, Illumina, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
