Dominic Rider

Dominic Rider is an experienced Hydrogeologist currently managing water quality obligations for the C1 and C1N HS2 project at Align JV, while also serving in the same capacity at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd on the ALIGN JV HS2 works. Previous roles include a Hydrogeologist position at GHD, focusing on data analysis and hydrogeological programmes, and a field-oriented role at Schlumberger, where responsibilities encompassed downhole perforation and core analysis for geomechanical testing. Early career experience includes a Geologist role at ALS Oil & Gas, and various sales positions at Signet and Oonasdivers Limited. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Southampton and has completed A-Level and GCSE studies.
