Stanislav Novak has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Volkswagen Slovakia. stanislav started their career at Volkswagen Slovakia as an Engineering Trainee in September 2012 and was later promoted to Production Shift Supervisor in the Pressshop in September 2013. In September 2016, they became the Head of Technical Department in the Pressshop, and most recently in October 2022, they were appointed as the Head of Technical Department (Pilothall). Prior to their tenure at Volkswagen Slovakia, they worked as a Maintenance Mechanic for the Mondi Group from June 2007 to September 2011.
Stanislav Novak attended Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave from 2007 to 2012. stanislav obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians, earning the title of "ing."

These cars are exclusively produced by Volkswagen Slovakia. They are exported to customers in 148 countries around the world. Volkswagen Slovakia is one of the biggest employers in the country. Untill today, it has produced more than 6 million vehicles for customers in more than 148 countries worldwide.
