Sarah Crumbach is an experienced professional in sport management and development, currently serving as the Director of Programmes & Partnerships at Sportstec since May 2020. Crumbach co-founded the Sport Impact Group in April 2022 and has held positions such as Event Operations Supervisor at Volleyball World since May 2021, overseeing major international sports events. Prior experience includes various roles at the International Olympic Committee where Crumbach managed Youth Olympic Games services and stakeholder planning from 2010 to 2019. Additional experience encompasses marketing and business development for German SMEs in China, broadcast operations for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, and operations support during Euro 2008. Crumbach holds a FIFA Master in International Management, Law, and Humanities of Sport, alongside a Master's degree in International Management and Chinese Studies from HSB Hochschule Bremen.
