Nancy Wagner has a comprehensive work experience starting in 1986 at Kohler Co., where they worked as an Accounting Analyst until 1990 and then became a Senior Accounting Analyst until 1994. In 1994, they joined The Vollrath Company as a Manager - Cost Accounting until 2003, when they were promoted to Director - Customer Services. Nancy held this position until 2011, when they became the Vice President - Supply Chain until 2018. Currently, Nancy holds the position of Vice President - Customer Experience at The Vollrath Company, a role they assumed in January 2019.
Nancy Wagner pursued their education, earning a BBA degree in Finance/Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they furthered their studies at Marquette University from 1990 to 1995, where they received an MBA with a focus on Business.
