In 2016, they joined Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a postpaid phone company in the US, Sprint, which is now part of T-Mobile. Gerone worked at Salaria Sales Solutions as a Recruitment Associate and later as a Senior Account Associate, where they generated leads, managed LinkedIn and email marketing, and handled CRM management. Gerone joined NOBLESSE and AIA Philippines in 2021 as an Insurance Entrepreneur. Currently, they are working at Volopay as a Sales Development Representative.
