Courtney Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at TokenEx since 2020, Courtney drives strategic initiatives and fosters a high-performing, people-first culture while overseeing various functions including HR, performance management, and employee relations. Prior to TokenEx, relevant roles include Director of HR & Organizational Effectiveness at Specific Systems, where Courtney partnered with the CEO on corporate strategy, and Manager of Human Resources at Enovation Controls, focusing on organizational development and employee engagement. Earlier career experiences include leading recruitment and business development at Hire Sales and managing sales and marketing coordination at MIRATECH Corporation. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
