Tommaso Randolfi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the CEO & Co-Founder of VOLTA Structural Energy since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Leaf Space, where they held various roles, including VP Strategy, VP Global Infrastructures, and Sites Manager and R&D Engineer. At Leaf Space, they focused on strategic partnerships, designing and expanding the company's networks, managing infrastructures, and conducting research and development activities. Before that, Tommaso worked as a Researcher at George Mason University and held positions in the Structure and Composite Materials Department and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Skyward Experimental Rocketry.

Tommaso Randolfi has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Aeronautical Engineering with a focus on Aeronautical Structures materials, production, and modeling techniques from Politecnico di Milano. Tommaso also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aerospace Engineering from the same university. Prior to their university studies, Tommaso attended Liceo Scientifico Leone XIII, where they earned a Diploma di Liceo Scientifico. Tommaso has additional certifications in ECDL and toeic (950/990).
