Louise Ryberg

Louise Ryberg currently serves as the Head of Corporate Legal at Volta Trucks, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Louise was a Senior Associate in the Debt Finance Team at Cooley LLP from January 2018 until September 2023. Louise began her career as an Associate in the Banking Team at Allen & Overy, where employment extended from September 2012 to December 2017, and initially trained as a Solicitor. Educational qualifications include an LL.M and LL.B from King's College London, completed between 2007 and 2011, and training at the College of Law in 2012.
