Thomas Ashley is an experienced leader in government and utility relations, currently serving as Vice President at Voltera since May 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Policy & Market Development at Shell Recharge Solutions and Greenlots, where extensive expertise in policy and market development was cultivated. Additional experience encompasses various positions related to government affairs and public policy at the Electric Drive Transportation Association and PlugShare. Academic credentials include a dual JD/MSEL degree in Law and Energy Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School, complemented by a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Southern California.
