Uziel Rios is an accomplished real estate professional with a strong background in site selection and land acquisition across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Real Estate Manager at Voltera since July 2023, Rios focuses on building and operating EV charging depots to facilitate a zero-emissions future. Prior experience includes serving as Land Acquisition Manager for Nikola Motor Company, where Rios contributed to the development of hydrogen refueling stations, and as Real Estate Development Manager at Circle K, responsible for site selection and securing entitlements for new convenience stores. Rios began a financial career with roles at BP and Robert Half, including Price Book Analyst, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial analysis and reporting. Rios holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
