Jamila Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, diversity, and inclusion across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at VolunteerNow since May 2024, Jamila previously held the role of Senior Vice President at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star from September 2019 to May 2024. A pivotal figure in the Dallas Independent School District, Jamila established the Racial Equity Office after two years of researching best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
