Tom Waters

Tom Waters is an experienced fundraising professional with a history of leadership roles in various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Volunteers of America since June 2017, Tom leads a team of 11, focusing on fundraising support for 30 affiliates and national resource acquisition. Early career experiences include roles as Director of Development at Greater DC Cares and Community Impact, and as Associate Director at Terrene Institute, where Tom implemented effective fundraising strategies.
