Alistair Walker boasts extensive experience in engineering and project management within the construction and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Head of Hauler Platform at Rokbak since June 2021, Alistair is responsible for the design and introduction of new product ranges focusing on advanced technologies. Prior to this, Alistair held the position of Design Engineering Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment, managing cross-functional teams for complex projects. Alistair’s background includes roles such as Principal Design Engineer at FMC Technologies, Senior Design Engineer at Terex Equipment Ltd, and Design Engineer at Albion Automotive. Notable achievements include the successful design of an electric bus/truck gear system for the 2012 Olympic Games. Alistair holds a Beng Hons degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
