Anna Fröjdfeldt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1988, they worked as an IT Specialist at FB Data until 1997. Anna then joined IBM Global Services as an IT Specialist until 2005, where they worked on various projects as a developer and constructor. In 2008, they joined Nordea AB Bank as an IT System Analyst, specializing in Scrum methodologies and serving as a Nordic Change Manager for Private Netbank. In 2011, Anna moved to Volvo Construction Equipment and became an IS/IT Project Manager, overseeing a strategic project to increase the penetration of Customer Support Agreements. From 2012 to 2018, Anna was with Volvo Group IT, serving as a Project Manager and then as a Consultant Manager for the IT Consulting team. Since 2018, they have returned to Volvo Construction Equipment, taking on roles such as Global P&IT Manager for Parts, Logistics, Attachments and currently holding the position of Head of Learning Strategy and Portfolio.

Anna Fröjdfeldt has a diverse education history. Anna attended Mälardalen University from 2000 to 2002, studying Information Technology. Prior to that, they completed high school at Rekarnegymnasiet from 1984 to 1987, focusing on Economics. In 2016, they enrolled in the BLT-programmet at the MiL Institute for Leadership, with an ongoing duration. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master in 2008.
