Dennis Tam has extensive experience in the engineering and project management sectors, primarily within the truck manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Project Manager Quality at Volvo Trucks North America since September 2016, Dennis has been instrumental in project management, design, testing, and new product introductions for both Volvo and Mack Trucks. Prior roles include Lead Engineer at Mack Trucks, Inc. and Volvo 3P, and Product Engineer at Navistar, encompassing responsibilities across product engineering and support for various truck models. Early career experiences include engineering and operational roles at Nortel, Mobil Oil, and IBM, following academic achievements in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and Pure and Applied Sciences from Dawson College.
