Alain Zahn is an experienced leader in research and development, currently serving as the Head of R&D Resins at Von Roll since October 2022, overseeing global operations across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Alain held positions as Head of Application and Development at Livinguard, and Head of R&D for the EMS Group, where responsibilities included managing a team and developing customer-specific products for the automotive industry. Alain's extensive career also includes roles at FoamPartner Group as Global Technology Manager, leading the development of polyurethane products, and at Sika as R&D Department Manager, focusing on polyurethane sealants and adhesives. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bern, coupled with an Executive MBA and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.
