Nickolas Rogers

Nickolas Rogers is an experienced operations and business management professional with a diverse background in the restaurant and property management industries. Currently serving as a Franchise Owner and General Manager at Steak n Shake since July 2021, and as an Area Operations Manager at Vonachen Group since February 2021, Nickolas has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with financial metrics. Prior experience includes owning and managing Rogers Diner, as well as holding General Manager positions at multiple restaurants including Steak n Shake and Wendy's (Parco Ltd.). Nickolas also has a solid foundation in property management as a Senior Property Manager for B&C Properties and gained valuable experience as a Field Training Manager at Hardees CKE Corp. Nickolas obtained education at ICC from 2008 to 2010.
