Darren Smith

Darren Smith currently serves as the Director of Customer Solutions at Vonage since October 2023. Prior to this role, Darren founded BH Staffing in June 2023, a consultancy specializing in Analytics, BI, AI, and application development. From June 2021 to June 2023, Darren held the position of VP of Sales Engineering, Global at Infobip, overseeing the Sales Engineering and Industry team as well as the Digital Natives customer segment. Darren's extensive experience at Vonage includes a tenure from September 2015 to June 2021 as SVP of the Services & Solutions Group, where management of the global Sales Engineering team occurred. Previously, Darren worked at Salesforce from January 2008 to September 2015 as SVP of Sales Engineering and Senior Director of Platform Sales Engineering for EMEA, leading significant team and revenue growth. Earlier roles include positions with Corizon and Chordiant, with Darren also having experience at Microsoft in the Business Solutions Group. Darren holds a BSc in Mathematics from The University of Salford, earned between 1988 and 1992.
