Dennis Rivera

Dennis Rivera has extensive experience in product and technical enablement, currently serving as a Product and Technical Enablement Manager at Vonage since September 2010, with a previous role as Senior Instructional Designer. Notably, Dennis is a recipient of the 2016 HCM Brandon Hall Gold Award for Outstanding Achievement in Measurement & Evaluation. Prior to joining Vonage, Dennis worked as a Network Administrator at Lawrence Erlbaum Associates from 1999 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing the NOC, maintaining Windows servers, managing Active Directory, and ensuring the efficiency of the company's software and hardware systems. Dennis pursued education at Avtech from 2009 to 2010.
