Joseph Sam

Joseph Sam is a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager currently with Vonage, focusing on AI, CPaaS, and Network APIs since August 2023. Previously, Joseph held senior roles at Open Function and Betty Bingo, where Joseph contributed to open-source workflow automation and the scaling of online gaming in Africa, respectively. Joseph also founded Cogni Consult, leading AI consultancy efforts across the region, and worked at IBM in various capacities, including Product Manager for Cloud & AI Solutions and Program Manager for the Ecosystem Development Program in West Africa. Joseph's earlier experience includes roles at Ericsson and General Electric, complemented by a strong educational background in engineering and entrepreneurship.
