Pauline Behr

Pauline BEHR is an experienced HR Legal Counsel currently serving at Voodoo since October 2024. Prior to this role, Pauline held the position of Labor & Employment Counsel at Contentsquare from June 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing collective relations, negotiating collective agreements, and updating mandatory documents. From October 2016 to June 2020, Pauline worked as a juriste en droit social at GROUPE ETAM, providing legal support to HR operations, managing pre-litigation and litigation cases, and overseeing procedures related to employee discipline and foreign recruitments. Earlier, Pauline was a juriste en droit social at SNCF from April 2016 to September 2016, offering legal advice to social relations and HR managers while overseeing amicable and pre-litigious cases. Pauline holds a Master 2 in Labor Law with a specialization in domestic, European, and international labor law from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III), obtained between 2013 and 2015.
