Dr. Philipp Marchand is an accomplished patent attorney and managing director at Vossius & Partner since 2012, contributing expertise in patent prosecution, opposition proceedings, and legal opinions. In addition to this role, Dr. Marchand has served as a European Patent Attorney at VOSSIUS & BRINKHOF UPC LITIGATORS since September 2022 and as a Special Coach for Intellectual Property at Innosuisse since 2018. Prior experience includes research as a PhD student at CNRS from 2009 to 2012, focusing on the structural biochemistry of proteins using NMR.
