Dr. Thomas Schwarze is a German and European Patent Attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving at VOSSIUS & PARTNER since October 2013 and also at VOSSIUS & BRINKHOF UPC LITIGATORS since September 2022. Previous roles include a patent attorney candidate at LG Düsseldorf and a research associate at Technische Universität München, where Dr. Schwarze earned a PhD in Physics. Additional experience includes positions at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the Institute of X-Ray Optics, Infineon Technologies, and as an apprentice at Elektro Selting. Dr. Schwarze holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Hochschule Koblenz, RheinAhrCampus, and a Dipl. Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
