Educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Engenharia e Gestão de Energias Renováveis from Estácio, a specialization in Geoprocessamento from PUC Minas, a degree in Gestor Ambiental from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco, and a Técnico em Mineração from SENAI. Additionally, Glauco has training in Telecommunications, Informatics, and Networks from UTRAMIG.
