Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Monash University, and completed a professional education course in Crisis Management & Business Resiliency at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in October 2022.
