Josh Novak

Josh Novak has had a long and varied career in the IT and software development fields. Josh began their career in 2004 as a Network Administrator at The Hoffman Group. In 2005, they became the Owner of Novak Networking. In 2008, they took on two roles, Manager of IT Services and Sr. Network Administrator/MIS Lead at Angstrom Graphics, as well as a Network Administrator role at St Ives. In 2017, they began working at Vox Mobile, where they have held roles as Vice President Operations, Senior Director, Technical Operations, Director of Information Technology & Software Development, and Manager IT/R&D.

Josh Novak has an education history that includes an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute, obtained between 2002 and 2004. Josh also attended North Olmsted High School from 1999 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Purdue University, including Lean Principles in September 2021 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in April 2021. Josh also has a Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
