Colin Mackenzie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in AI applications, cloud communications, and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at Voxai Solutions since January 2023, Colin previously held various leadership roles at Avaya for over a decade, specializing in cloud CPaaS applications and AI. Prior to Avaya, Colin worked at Nortel Networks, managing global teams in multimedia architecture and engineering, and contributed significantly to video technology solutions. Earlier experience includes consulting and systems integration for the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, teaching at Algonquin College, and software development through Mackenzie Data Systems. Colin holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Law with a concentration in Computer Science from Carleton University.
