Tim Hitchner has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years. Tim began their career in 2011 as a Student Assistant at the Wilce Student Health Center at The Ohio State University. In 2013, they became an Implementation Consultant at Itentive Healthcare Solutions. Tim then moved to athenahealth in 2014, where they served as an Associate, Consulting Services and then a Senior Associate, Operations & Business Insights. In 2018, they joined Patientco as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Voxie as the Manager of Customer Onboarding and was later promoted to Director of Customer Onboarding.

Tim Hitchner obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Information Management & Systems from The Ohio State University. In March of 2014, they obtained a Registered Health Information Administrator certification from AHIMA.
