Emily Minton

Emily Minton serves as the Director at Voyage Advisory since January 2020, leveraging extensive experience in organizational change and transformation, process improvement, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Emily was a Senior Management Consultant at Major Oak Consulting, a Verint Company, from May 2014 to September 2019, where leadership was provided for various customer initiatives. Emily also worked at SRC from December 2008 to May 2014, first as an Organizational Development Analyst, collaborating on workforce initiatives, and then as a Change Management Specialist, where methodologies for change management were developed. Emily holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster, obtained between 2006 and 2007.
