Lesly Mohr

Lesly joined Voyager Capital as VP of Finance in 2019. Lesly has over 20 years of experience in technology and venture, starting her early career in the Bay Area at Arthur Andersen in its software practice, and winding her way through various positions in internal audit, partnership taxation and high tech manufacturing before finding her home in the Pacific Northwest in the venture capital industry.

For the past eight years, Lesly has held positions in venture capital, most recently as a Director of Fund Administration for Carta in its Seattle office. Prior to Carta, Lesly spent seven years at Ignition Partners as Senior Manager, where she managed Ignition’s domestic funds, as well as its operational activities.

Lesly graduated with honors from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Outside of Voyager, Lesly can be found scouring Seattle’s vast food scene, attending live music shows or travelling with her husband and two grown daughters.
