Rosa Bare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in donor relations, fundraising, and language interpretation. Currently serving as Donor Relations Officer and Patrons Circle Liaison at VPM since August 2017, Rosa has also worked as a Language Interpreter for Foreign Language USA, LLC/Sentara since April 2016. Prior roles include Director of Annual Giving at VMRC Foundation from October 2009 to 2014, and Development Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Harrisonburg & Rockingham Co. from January 2008 to October 2009, focusing on marketing and fundraising initiatives. Earlier in the career, Rosa served as Public Relations & Fundraising Coordinator at Pleasant View, Inc. from March 1997 to January 2008. Rosa holds a BA in Business Management and Development from Eastern Mennonite University and earned a Major Gifts Certification from Veritus Major Gifts Academy in 2020.
