Jeff Burns attended Lansing Catholic Central H.S. from 1979 to 1983. Jeff then studied Political Science at Michigan State University from 1984 to 1985. Jeff went on to pursue Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1985 to 1988. Additionally, they have some experience in conversational Russian language from the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
