Tejas Surve

Tejas Surve has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Vsynergize in 2018. They then held a role as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at the same company, where they were involved in recruitment, HR orientation, employee engagement programs, and maintaining MIS.

Prior to Vsynergize, Tejas worked as a Senior Business Development Executive at CandorWorks from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they served as a Senior Tech Lead at TomTom from 2013 to 2016 and as a Senior CCO at Revolution company from 2012 to 2013.

Tejas began their career as a Senior CCE at Convergys in 2011.

Tejas Surve holds a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute Of Management. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Employer Branding to Attract Talent" from Linkedin Learning in August 2022.
