Evelyn Gearty

Evelyn Gearty is currently serving as the David Rahr Community Philanthropy Program Assistant at The Vermont Community Foundation since June 2023, after completing a fellowship in the same program. Prior to this role, Gearty interned at Vermont Family Network from January to May 2023 and worked as an Emergency Medical Research Associate at The University of Vermont Medical Center from September 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, Gearty gained experience as a Project Intern at Parents Against Vaping e-cigarettes from July 2021 to December 2022. Gearty is pursuing a degree at the University of Vermont College of Nursing and Health Sciences, expected to graduate in May 2024.
