Fernanda Stüssi Neves has extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as Total Rewards & People Data Manager at VTEX since July 2018, with previous roles including Chief of Staff to the CRO and Sales Operations Manager. Responsibilities encompass managing teams across multiple regions, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and handling cash flow management. Prior to VTEX, Fernanda worked at ProFit as a financial consultant, specializing in M&A, corporate governance, and business planning. Early career stages included internships at Instituto Municipal Pereira Passos and FINEP, where support was provided in strategic planning and program evaluations.
