Melissa Hoang

Melissa Hoang serves as the VP of HR at VulcanForms Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Melissa held multiple positions at Tesla from May 2017 to June 2023, culminating as Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner - Engineering, where strategic HR guidance was provided to a large engineering organization. Earlier career experience includes roles at GE from May 2012 to April 2017, serving as HR Business Partner - Engineering & Product Management and other HR positions, focusing on organizational design, talent development, and culture initiatives. Melissa's experience also includes HR Project Coordinator at the Archdiocese of Detroit and Stage Manager at Warren Civic Theater. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University.
