Luis Acevedo

Luis Acevedo has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to 2019, they held three different positions. In 2015, they were the President of A&R for LAE Records, where they discovered and signed talent for distribution deals and worked with artists and managers to set up studio sessions and secure features. In 2017, they were recruited as a Marketing Executive for KWL Management, where they provided administrative support to senior team members and secured media coverage for clients, company and specific campaigns. In 2019, they became the Label & Artist Relations for Vydia, where they were responsible for discovering and signing up independent labels to distribute their content, prospecting new business relationships in the entertainment industry, and working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, operations and customer service teams.

Luis Acevedo attended Hightstown Highschool from 2006 to 2010, graduating with a degree in Marketing. Luis then attended Mercer County Community College from 2012 to 2016, studying Business/Corporate Communications. In 2021, Luis obtained three certifications from YouTube: YouTube Music Certification, YouTube Asset Monetization Certification, and YouTube Content Ownership Certification.
