Craig Kingsbury obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2009 after studying University Transfer from 2006 to 2009. Craig then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies: option Public Affairs from California State University, Chico from 2009 to 2013. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
